The Advantages of Choosing Van Leasing

Thursday, May 5th, 2011

We have to admit that unless we do not know the true meaning of leasing, it would not be easy for us to understand van leasing. You might had heard such term often similar to car lease, home leasing, land lease and other leasing transactions. In general, leasing is a contract defining the time and value of a certain property in which a person is renting temporarily. It is a composed deal involving home owner as well as tenant under which the property owner grants rent payer to utilize that house.

Now, I believe that you can get an idea about van leasing after reading the first part. So this means that one makes use of a van for particular time and then pays for that period of using it. Leasing a van today such as the Citroen Berlingo has gained popularity, as it generates more income monthly. Exactly what do individuals do who own vans; they lease these vans and collect handsome amount each month from one single vehicle. Nearly all companies nowadays are gaining more profits because of vehicles leasing. Some of these firms often offer two alternatives, first is the ‘straight lease’ and the other one is the ‘purchase lease’.

The first one will allow the renter to get the leasing vehicle and later on, it must be brought back when the time expire. While, purchase lease typically offers an alternative to buy the vehicle once the term ends. In this condition, it is far easy for an individual to render personal monthly payments contrary to spending huge value in one occassion. So purchase leasing does not strain the particular buyer who will get the unit in the end.

Renting out a van similar to Vauxhall vans is beneficial in various reasons. Nearly all firms these days are offering different kinds of deals whenever they execute this particular option. Most of the time these types of options feature the coverage of maintenance and faulty issues. Any existing problem will be taken full responsibility by the company; therefore, as a customer you are not liable for this. Lastly, the lease company is liable for any value reduction of the vehicle and as the renter, it is not your concern in case the vehicle will be sold again.

Van Drivers Are Better Drivers

Saturday, April 30th, 2011

However you deceive people who drive vans, you must admit they are altogether better drivers, there are many myths and theories surrounding this statement, but obvious reason is they spend more time of the roads. Couriers and delivery make up for a large part of people who drive vans, however it’s been noted that there better drivers because of their overall driving experience which in time has enabled them to develop a skill set that usual car drivers wouldn’t be able to gain.

If you don’t think that’s rigth then perhaps its due the sheer size of Vans and that other driver perfer to give them room rather than get near them on the roads, however i cannot relate as i’ve rented a Vivaro Vans and drove it through many town centres and highways and received no leeway for other drivers, in fact i felt like it was the other way around and that I had to try and avoid other drivers so I doubt that this theory is actually indeed true.

Driving a van does have its advantages, the wind mirror is the size of a bed and the driver’s seat is a good few foot above other cars drivers, nevertheless driving a van must come with a drawbacks most of which are due to the sheer size such as the speed a van can travel at and the affordability of running one.

commercial van leasing has become such a large market that even the “every day driver” has rented a Citron berlingo , a people carrier or bought an old van at some point, maybe just to move house, take old furniture to the junk yard or even to go to a festival in. Can you relate to any of the theories…… However, can we even class “Van Drivers” into a stereotype nowadays? A multitude of common day people are driving vans nowadays which means the days of the “van man” and “Van Driver” have now long to an end….long live the multi-Vehicle driver!

Are There Any Gains Through Purchasing A Car Against The Car Lease Package?

Monday, March 28th, 2011

There is something about car leasing that makes it unpopular with some consumers, but what is it? Your payments are always well structured, and when you lease a car, it’s always new and comes with the security of warranty coverage. One truly needs to have a sense of security with their car and leasing is almost always the surest means of getting that sense.

However, with extra security often comes a reduction in freedom. In the case of a car lease, this is also true. Adherence to a strict maintenance schedule is part of almost any car lease deal, and it can cost a lot of extra money to skip these requirements. A car lease almost always comes with mileage restrictions as well, and going over that limit can also cost you greatly.

It’s certainly nice to have all the protection that comes with driving a shiny new car on lease, but you may not be able to drive that vehicle whenever or wherever you wish. Unless you want to pay exorbitant fees, you may have to decide against that trip you were planning with the family. It can sometimes be cheaper to buy plane tickets, train tickets, or rent a car than go over the mileage limit on a lease.

Even if you don’t have to worry about mileage, you might still find your trip spoiled by scheduled maintenance. You won’t be taking that car out of town that week without paying in some way, so you would have to make other arrangements. Due to such inconveniences, a person on the go would be wise to avoid leasing.

For those with good credit, payments on a car loan are often less than they would be on a lease. Since they often come at a low cost per mile, this is particularly true of used cars. When deciding on a car, one should always consider the cost per mile. This would not only include fuel costs, but the purchase price, interest, taxes, insurance, and maintenance estimates. Many prospective buyers and lessees disregard such important factors when making their decisions.

Another reason to consider buying is that one actually owns the vehicle when finished making payments on a loan. Owning it means you can have the full resale value or trade it in towards your next purchase. In other words, you reap the benefits of taking good care of your car instead of being threatened with punishment for failing earn those benefits on behalf of the leasing company. A lease operates on the assumption that the vehicle will be returned in prime condition.

When this does not occur, heavy costs can be involved because the leasing company expects to receive the full estimated resale value of the car. Putting such restrictions on the lessee makes it possible for leasing companies to protect themselves against losses. When you purchase, the risk is yours, but so is the reward.

Knowing what you now know, you might still find you’re better off leasing, but you might know someone who is about to make the wrong choice for themselves. With a lease, you pay for security and reliability, and you deal with the restrictions. When you purchase, the risks are all yours, but yours too is the freedom to drive as you please.
